Make a MAGA a Sandwich (and he’ll ask you for a glass of raw milk)

About the women who lead politically against their own interests. Are they self-sabotaging leaders… or happy homemakers for domestic terrorists? Are they being PINK PILLED?

Tell me if you’ve heard this lesbian tale as old as gay time before: the indie film producer who has worked with renowned filmmakers becomes so successful, she gets to settle down in Einsiedeln, a quaint city in Switzerland filled with lush hillsides and architecture older than America is a country. And she gets to share it all with her two kids and her “opposites attract” partner - but neither of them can leave the house together to go dancing or have dinner because they’re absolutely petrified of being seen in public.

The filmmaker, well, she’s a Sri Lankan immigrant who travels the world taking photos of everything she sees, like the cool shows she goes to or the gorgeous mountains she gets to hike worldwide. Her IMDB page is stacked with a number of credits of things I’ve never seen, personally, but her most recent credit is NINE YEARS as the production manager of a show that’s been on for FIFTY-FIVE YEARS in Germany called Tatort.

Objectively, Sarah Bossard is a success story through and through.

And as for her partner, we have a sharp-dressed 46-year-old in a dark suit and a white shirt, highlighted by her trademark pearl necklace and a solemn demeanor bordering on severe. If Sarah is the aloof creative, Lille, as her childhood friends called her, is the stoic business-minded one. She studied economics and business. She worked for six years at the Bank of China. She was an analyst for Goldman Sachs and Allianz. Elena G. Sevillano at El Pais described her as a bit of a butch with a “dominant character,” who was “explosive” and loved riding her bike.

This is her as a child, probably

I likely just painted the picture of the CUTEST couple for you, right? All rizz, all drip, just a couple of gals in love. The kind of couple millennials would post with #goals plastered on it.

Except what I actually described was the relationship between Sarah Bossard and Alice Weidel, the chancellor candidate for Alternative für Deutschland, aka AfD, aka Alternative for Germany - a far-right populist party focused on reclaiming German nationalism by eliminating the "laughable policy of coming to terms with the past,” closing the borders, encouraging Germans to have more babies with each other (lol.), arguing for “traditional” family values (LOL.), climate change denial (sigh), and… opposing same-sex marriage. Yeah.
